ABODE Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty

"Holly was absolutely fabulous to work with during the purchase of our first home. Her market insight helped us learn and succeed as young buyers, giving us confidence throughout the entire process. She was responsive, friendly, and genuinely involved every step of the way. Her regular check-ins, helpful advice, and strong negotiation skills were instrumental in helping us secure our home. Holly and her team pay close attention to every detail, consistently advocated for us, and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend Holly Mitchell and her team at Abode to any buyer or seller in Maine!"

"We used Holly and the Abode team to purchase our home in Maine and again when we had to sell as we were moving out of state. Holly was amazing both times we worked with her. She has a very calm and assertive style helping guide us through the complexities of the Covid market when we first purchased our home and again a complex market when we sold. She was always available to answer any questions and was very responsive to any issues that arose. Her experience on all sides of the housing market was invaluable when making decisions on both the buying and selling side."

"Jason Dube helped us considerably in negotiating the hurdles of selling our home to a wonderful well deserving young couple. I highly encourage any prospective sellers to call Jason as he is a former Combat Engineer with a significant construction background. We were well justified in choosing Jason Dube for our realty needs. I thank everyone in the ABODE team with my deepest appreciation for their hard work! We are now in our new home in Michigan and have Jason to thank for making it possible."
